Delivery Charges - Domestic and International
Postage and Packing is free for all orders within the United Kingdom only. If you are outside the UK, the following delivery charges will apply (please contact us to lets us know what you would like to order so we can send you an email with postage fees, if you are ordering more than one smock we will advise you of the postage fee, we do not profit from these fees ). Notice for International Orders. When an International order is placed we will send you a PayPal invoice for the postage fee, to send your order First Class Air Mail, track and sign. If we do not received your postage payment, your order will be cancelled and a refund will be made, with the PayPal fee charged to us will be deducted.

We will dispatch your order using Royal Mail, usually on the same day that you place your order (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Orders placed after 10am will be sent the next working day. International orders may vary.

Returns
We really want you to be happy with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not , we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund, provided the item is returned in a band new condition. Items need to be returned within 14 days of purchase.
